Shipping Policy

For us at MyModalert,we make it a point to gratify our customer needs as much as possible. We believe that user experience on the online plays a big factor for customer satisfaction along with prompt and efficient customer services. Our shipping policy is in tune with customer satisfaction.

How does our shipping policy work for any order?

As you visit our site you will route you to the product page that interests you. You can select the medication you want to purchase with the prices alongside.

Following this as you click the medication package you will be directed to a page where you will be asked to fill in your shipping and contact details. Please make sure to fill in the details properly as we will ship the medications to the address you provide and the medications, once shipped cannot be re-routed. After you are done filling up your details, you will receive an order confirmation mail in the email address you provided. Shortly after this you will receive another mail having the Payment Link to your order. Please click on the link to go to the PayPal payment page to pay for the order entering your Card details and paying for the order with the necessary details. We will keep you updated on the order status.

You will receive a payment confirmation mail on the order shortly following your payment. Please note that the shipping of your order will be on hold till the payment is made and confirmed. Your medications will be shipped within 6 working hours of payment confirmation. The tracking details will be forwarded to you in the subsequent 72 working hours. The medications take around 10-15 days to reach the shipping address you provided.
